Spreading Excellence and Inspiring Future Leaders: PNPA Cadets Sharing the Good News About PNPA

Following the delivery of hand tractors from the LGU of La Trinidad, the cadets took the chance to briefly discuss the Philippine National Police Academy with some farmers from La Trinidad. They were able to discuss the various benefits and advantages of attending the Academy there.

One of our goals as cadets is to promote the PNPA to encourage and inspire more civilians, particularly youths to join the #IskolarParaSaBayan. Such that, having more people become interested in joining the Academy can be of great help in ensuring the continued progress of the Academy.

In Benguet, many young individuals wish to become police officers. However, many of them were not familiar with the Philippine National Police Academy when we had the chance to speak with them. Some of them think the PNPA functions like a Regional Training Institution for ordinary police officers. This shows that there is a lack of information reaching the public.

As part of our outreach efforts, we seized the opportunity to encourage the farmers association's parent members to talk to their children about the PNPA. We made sure to convey to them the chances and advantages of joining the PNPA. The caliber of candidates selected to be cadets will improve with each piece of information made available to the populace.

As a result, through this strategy, the cadets were able to practice the ideas of communication and community relations for the good of the nation. In this way, the goal of building a better nation will be achieved. Last but not least, our programs would inspire youngsters to support local and societal advancement.
