"Sharing Competent and Ethical Investigative Skills Among PNPA Cadets for Effective Law Enforcement"

In an exclusive interview and talk with The Cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy assigned at the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station(LTMPS), PEMS Pol-ocan from the Investigation Section of the LTMPS explained details of the role and responsibilities of the Investigation Section of the Philippine National Police last January 27, 2023.

"The Investigation Section of the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station is one of the busiest sections in terms of clients and visitors," PEMS Pol-ocan said during the station immersion and talk with the PNPA Cadets as they listen to the knowhows and stories of PEMS Pol-ocan.

Accordingly, the Investigation Section of La Trinidad Municipal Police Station caters to all investigation activities of the station such as the investigation and solution of criminal and administrative cases, complaint lodges, service of warrants, subpoenas, and other tasks intended by the Municipal Police Station.

The Investigation of the Police Station is also responsible for handling the National Police Clearance System of the Philippine National Police, the PNP's centralized information system for crime-related record checking nationwide which will be used for the issuance of National Police Clearance towards the Filipino People. " The La Trinidad Municipal Police Station Investigation Section handles almost every crime and complaint under the sun," PEMS Pol-ocan said to the PNPA Cadets while explaining the common complaints and problems they encounter every day. Police Executive Master Sergeant Pol-ocan, having been able to serve 30 years of service as a member of the Philippine National Police is one of the most veteran members in the field of investigation radiating the knowledge and expertise that every new police officer craves to meet up in real life.

"I'm proud of the decades of service that I have rendered to the Philippine National Police and if I was given another chance to serve the nation, joining the Philippine National Police will always be the top priority," PEMS Pol-ocan said. The Cadets assigned at La Trinidad Municipal Police Station acquired invaluable knowledge from the stories and experiences imparted by PEMS Pol-ocan's 3 Decades of Dedicated Service in the Philippine National Police. As incoming lieutenants of the Philippine National Police, the experience shared by PEMS Pol-ocan are of great value for the cadets in the performance of their duties and responsibilities in the future.
